- The data will be made available to external entities in cases provided for by law, and on the basis of the entrustment agreement will be transferred to the following entities:

- The data will be stored for the period necessary to perform the sales contract and in addition for 5 years from the beginning of the year following the financial year in which operations, transactions, proceedings were finally completed, repaid, settled or expired;
- You have the right to access your data and subject to the law: the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time;
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection;
- Your data will not be processed automatically and will not be profiled.
