Financial and economic analysis as a tool for assessing the condition of the enterprise
The primary purpose of the presented work is to show all relevant issues in the field of methods and techniques for diagnosing economic and financial processes, phenomena and states in an enterprise. The authors take their turns to discuss in individual chapters: the role and functions of analysis in managerial decisions, organization and methods of conducting and preparing economic analysis, examination and evaluation of the property and capital situation of the enterprise, profitability analysis and diagnosis of the cash economy, ratio analysis, analysis of costs, production, human resources, material management and fixed assets. The work concludes with a presentation of the application of economic analysis in crucial decision-making areas of the enterprise.
