Young Teachers Leave Schools. The Report on the Diagnosis of the Circumstances of Leaving the Profession by the Teachers with Under Five-Year Work Experience in Warsaw
In the report the authors show the key factors in motivating people to stay or leave the profession, isolated on the basis of the research conducted in a large group of teachers with little work experience who work in schools and kindergartens in Warsaw. They also present the recommendations for the education system and development of teachers regarding the prevention of leaving the profession early.
