Result of the reflection of researchers from several countries (France, Germany, Austria, Bulgaria, Italy, Poland), the volume brings together studies on the presence of Europe (in the geographical and cultural sense) in the work of Apollinaire. The articles deal also with the major themes of European literature reflected in his writings, with reception of his work in Europe as well as with specific issues of its influence or resonance in Poland.
