Le présent ouvrage, novateur sur le marché éditorial polonais, fait partie du courant écocritique dans les recherches sur la littérature menées ces dernières années en Europe. Il contient vingt textes rédigés par des spécialistes des littératures francophones des XXe et XXIe siècles, venant de plusieurs universités et centres de recherche polonais et européens. Dans les textes réunis, disposés en cinq chapitres, les auteur.e.s ont pour point commun de regarder la littérature par le prisme des liens de l’homme et de la nature. En analysant différentes façons dont les écrivains et écrivaines parlent des mondes non humains, les chercheurs et chercheuses prennent en compte les problèmes clés tels que l’attitude de l’être humain devant la nature et devant la planète, la relation homme-animal, les frontières entre les mondes humain et non humain, l’écologie ou encore la quête d’une perspective non anthropocentrée.

Human Worlds, Non-Human Worlds. Forms and Coexistences (20th and 21st centuries)
This book, innovative on the Polish publishing market, is an example of the ecocritical perspective used in literature research. It contains twenty texts written by specialists in French-language literature of the 20th and 21st centuries coming from different Polish and European universities and research centers. In their texts, arranged in five chapters, the authors look at literature through the prism of the links between man and nature. By analyzing different ways in which writers talk about non-human worlds, researchers consider key issues such as the attitude of human beings towards nature and towards the planet, the human-animal relationship, the borders between the human and non-human worlds, ecology, or the quest for a non-anthropocentric perspective.

Światy ludzkie, światy nie-ludzkie. Formy i współistnienia (XX i XXI wiek)
Publikacja włącza się w najnowsze europejskie badania nad literaturą poświęcone ekopoetyce. Zawarte w pięciu częściach teksty łączy spojrzenie na twórczość literacką przez pryzmat opisanych w niej związków człowieka z przyrodą. Autorzy – polscy i zagraniczni specjaliści z dziedziny literatury francuskojęzycznej XX i XXI wieku – analizując różnorodne sposoby wypowiadania się o światach nie-ludzkich, uwzględniają kluczowe zagadnienia: stosunek do natury i do planety, relację człowiek-zwierzę, granice między światem ludzkim i nie-ludzkim, ekologię, poszukiwanie perspektywy nieantropocentrycznej.
